Sv: iGO Primo navigering med iPhone/iPad
Jag tycker nog att det är ganska dålig marknadsföring egentligen, många som har betalt dyra pengar för den tidigare appen kommer att på sikt ha en värdelös app.
Görs det inget för att kompensera de tidigare användarna, kommer i alla fall min app raderas för gott. Jag tycker nog att både Sygic, och Navigon fyller sina funktioner bra än så länge.

Här ser du svaret jag fick från NNG advokaten när jag krävde kompensation.

Reference is made to your e-mail dated 23 February 2016 in relation to your experience with NNG’s iGO Primo Navigation product (”Application”).
Firstly, we would like to express our appreciation to send us your feedback regarding the Application. Your opinion is important to us as such information is always used by NNG to evaluate changes and make reasonable improvements according to the possibilities.
Please note that NNG can process customer complaints which are submitted through our dedicated customer care channels and which contain complete and detailed information necessary to properly identify the subject matter. Such channels are available through our applications and in NNG’s websites as well.
We understand that you have contacted NNG with your complaint in many ways before in order to receive compensation, therefore, we has got your case handled and investigated by our Legal Department.
In relation to your feedback we hereby inform you that no undertaking was made as to the frequency and number of update in relation to iGO Primo Navigation Products: according to the End User License Agreement, which contains the legal terms of the acquisition of iGO Primo Navigation’s usage right, the provision of any content or software update is not an obligation of NNG. We outline that NNG does not undertake to provide update services in relation to the Application. Please note that iGO Primo Navigation Application is available only to customers who accept these terms before proceeding with the purchase and making any payment. It is NNG’s intention to deliver the best product to its customers, therefore NNG reserves the right to provide content and software updates, from time to time, when necessary. NNG decides on the timing of making available updates according to the results of continuous monitoring activity in relation to the coverage provided by iGO Primo Navigation.
With many customers who paid the same price and got value out of iGO Primo Navigation, it would not be fair to offer any kind of discount or compensation without proper legal basis for such.
