I regret to inform you that our support cannot provide information on the release date of our upcoming map updates.
If you wish to be well-informed about our products and our ongoing offers, I recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter by logging in with your profile at our site and selecting the Subscribe to newsletter option.
I suggest that you also connect the device to Naviextras Toolbox often in order to look for certain fixes and contents for your device:
1. Download our free PC tool, Naviextras Toolbox from this page and install it.
2. Connect your device via USB port or card reader (if you need an SD card to run the software).
(If you have a built-in navigation unit, your device might require a special connection method. You can check this on this page.)
3. Log in with your Naviextras username and password. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a user account using Naviextras Toolbox, as well.
4. If you select the ‘Shop’/‘Maps’ tab, you will find updates compatible with your device. Select the desired update, then proceed to checkout. (Please note: Toolbox does not take the available space on your device into consideration. Therefore, you need to check in the update’s description how much space is required for its installation.)
5. After a successful purchase, Toolbox will display the purchased update under the ‘Updates’ tab. Select the update and install it on your device.
