Jag råkade ut för det för ett par år sedan. Programvaran behöver uppdateras och du kan göra det själv mha en dator och ett microSD-kort. Jag klistrar in en beskrivning nedan.
Observera att beskrivningen nedan är ett par år gammal - det finns förmodligen nyare versioner av programvaran än den som är länkad nedan.
Det kan se lite övermäktigt ut men är ganska lätt i praktiken:
Because we can't tell you if your device is a Z-E3726 or a Z-E3726-1P you will find a download link for both.
If you get a message which says „
DeviceID not correct" then please turn of the unit and use the other Main System Software.

1.When you click on the download link then you will get to a page where find the Software and a manual in German.
2.Now click on the Software to download the files.
The downloaded file is a self-extract file extract the file on a microSD-card 2-8GB.
(!!! Important don't use the Navi microSD-card which is already in the device!!!).
3.Now you find a folder named "C10_SW_Update" on your microSD-card.
4.Connect the microSD-card with your
shut down Z-E3726.
5. Turn on your Z-E3726 after the unit is booted you will see the Update menu.
6.Control that "1. APP" and "7.MCU" is chosen and press Update to start the installation.
7.Now it's install the Software. It takes about 3 min.
8.After the installation the device restarts automatically, after the restart you will see the calibration display.
9.Calibrate the touchscreen.
10.Disconnect the microSD-card.
11.Now go into the "Settings"-->" Device Setup"--> "Help"-->"Load Factory"-->"OK"
12.Now control the Software Version of your device.
