"Thank you for your interest in our products.
We regret to inform you that the iGO Primo app is not compatible with iOS 11, as iOS 11 will no longer support 32-bit apps.
We would also like to inform you that support for iGO Primo (earlier: iGO My Way) was discontinued in spring 2016.
You retain your right to use the iGO Primo app, but unfortunately discontinuation of support means that no further software updates will be released, so we cannot guarantee that it will work with iOS 11.
Although the Primo app was discontinued, we have released a brand new app, called iGO Navigation. Unfortunately, our older Primo apps and our new iGO Navigation app are not compatible with each other. We cannot provide you with content in our new application, as it has been completely redesigned to give you a better navigation experience with new features, a more stable system and improved visualisation.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience, and hope that in the future you will choose our product and experience its optimised functions.
